ORDERING QUESTIONS

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover).

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Yes, it is very secure and safe to use your credit card on our site. TextualTees.com is built and hosted on the Shopify platform, which offers the best Extended Validation (EV) SSL encryption software to protect your card data. SSL is software that prevents people from intercepting and reading data being transferred between the customer and the retailer's database. Not only is our shopping cart and checkout page SSL secure, but we secure every page on our website to ensure our customers get the best security possible. If ever you are worried about a site being secure look up at the top right of your browser, if it is green with a padlock then you are secured by SSL software.

Do you guys have a local Store?

Currently, we do not have a retail store. We do however allow customers to do local pickup out of our Oklahoma City warehouse. If you are interested in this option, please contact us.

When will you restock a product?

Normally, products are restocked within a week of running out. Restock time can increase during peak holiday times.

SHIPPING QUESTIONS

 

Can I make a change to my order after it has been placed?

Depending on the status of your order, you can. We recommend that if you need to change something on your order that you do so as soon as possible. Once the order is processed and status marked to shipped, we are unable to change anything on the order. To change something on your order, go to Contact Us with your order # and any other info you think Customer Support should know. Someone will reply to you as soon as possible.

Can I change my shipping address after my orders been shipped?

Unfortunately, once your order has been marked shipped, it is unable to be edited or changed in any way. If you put in an incorrect address, more than likely the order will be shipped back to us. At that point, we will contact you for a correct address (or you can contact us) and we will get the order reshipped out to you.

When do you process and ship orders?

We process and ship orders Mon - Fri.  If you place an order over the weekend, the order will be processed on the next business day.

We try to ship everything out the day the order is placed, depending on order size and if the order is placed during peak shipping times, processing times can be delayed.  This is not only on our end but also with shipping providers such as USPS, and UPS.

Holiday's and Peak Shipping times include but are not limited to: St Patrick's Day, July 4TH, Halloween, Black Friday & Cyber Monday, Christmas.  Peak shipping times also include sales or any other discounted event. 

What is the shipping time for domestic orders?

If the order is shipped using our standard shipping method, your order should arrive in 5 - 10 business days, depending on location.  Priority shipping method is typically 2 - 4 business days depending on location.  Please keep in mind, these are estimated shipping times provided to us by these shipping providers, and they do not include the day the order is processed. These shipping estimates are NOT guaranteed and shipping times can see delays during holidays and peak shipping times.  If your order doesn't arrive within these time frames, refunds will NOT be given as these are not guaranteed. 

What is the shipping time for International orders?

International orders take 10 - 20 business days to arrive, depending on location.  Please allow up to 20 days for your International order to arrive before contacting customer support.

Orders returned to sender or undeliverable?

Please make sure to check your ship to address for accuracy.  Any order returned to us due to return to sender or non-delivery will require a reshipment fee equal to the original shipping cost.  We will contact you if any order is returned to us.
